think alot of ppl miss the point ... even if u think the demands made by Jay are too severe, he committed a crime, and regardless of how long you really think a year in prison is, I've had friends goto jail, tough guys that came out good christians b/c otherwise they'd be someones bitch. not to mention, the guy is obviously a loser, 32 at home, and perhaps the last thing he wants is a criminal record in the field that he obviously has experience in.

good for u Jay, no one said out of court settlements had to be fair, but as for wordpress and security issues, that part is all user error as its very easy to lock down things on server if you take the time to plan it out.
