If, at any point, he backs out. I will let the criminal charges fly (I have a mountian of evidence against him) and he will be doing 4-9 years in Club Fed.

I investigated the guy first. He doesn't have a lot of money, so I can't take that. If the cops got him - how would the benifit me?

I think I did the right thing.
