I believe it would only be good for clicks from drifting surfers (definitely not the target audience) or webmasters that are either extremely new or who click it hoping it will close.

I just don't think it makes a favorable impression on most webmasters. To me it makes them look like they really need business...and if they believe that ad's tolerable & not irritating to webmasters, imagine what kind of crap they believe your surfers will tolerate.

It just doesn't seem like an effective way to target established webmasters...and if they're looking to make sales, shouldn't that be the target audience?

Just my opinion. I'd love to hear how you see it & maybe gain some insight from someone with much more marketing experience than myself.
