Probably chronic anal psoriasis or pin worms. You can do the scotch tape test at night for worms. My guess is anal psoriasis. I have this. It's a progressive disease. Before long your anus builds up a giant plaque of crusty dead, itchy skin. You have to take steroid suppositories the size of Mr. Limpy to keep it at bay. Enjoy, fellow sufferer.
