This is kind of shit pisses me off about you liberals; I hate when the hard right does the same shit too. BE CONSISTENT If it is Impeachable for Bush and you are crying to have his head ? where in the FUCK were you when Johnson, Carter, and Clinton did the same?
Moreover ? the government was only listening to people (most are not US citizens) that often talked with terrorist countries and said repeated things like bomb, Jihad, and other shit like this. I am a right thinking libertarian and I hate government intrusion ? but this intrusion is warranted. The same people now calling for Bush?s head for wire-tapping are the same people that were calling for his head a few years ago stating he was not doing anything to stop terrorism.
You want to something to fight: go after the anti-smoking Nazis that are trying to band you from smoking in your own house. In many cities they have band it from bars, restraints, ball parks, and many other areas. However, you do not see the local government band the selling of tobacco products. This will never happen ? they collect too much money form taxes form its sales. HIPPOCRATES There are many other groups out there too that are getting some government support, their causes have a wide range from what we drive, the house we have, what we eat, the clothing we buy? the list of causes goes on and on. FUCK them ? let us live free. If you want to control people ?bad behavior? move the fuck out of this country.
Here is another BIG thing to get pissed about ? the government now has the ?right? to come steal your personal property and sell it to a private company. What the FUCK kind of country is this coming too? Every Supreme Justice that voted for this should be throne off the Court. By the way, they do not have life tenor. Congress has the authority to remove Justices from the Supreme Court. Congress has done it many times in years past.

As a libertarian you should be outraged by Bush's warrantless tapping of US citizens w/out court approval, the scope of the spying and the mechanisms it puts in place. How long till the definition of 'terrorist' is expanded to anyone they don't like? This type of behavior needs some kind of oversight rather than usurping the seperation of powers.
