Yeah that's pretty much the going rate, I mean you could be paying girls up to $200 an hour if you wanted, but that damn well better be getting you some serious talent that doesn't need to be coached all the way through a shoot. That's more or less how I gauge how much I'm going to pay a model, by how much she makes ME work...

And oh yeah, sure buy a few beers & smoke a doobie or two, AFTER THE SHOOT. Trust me man, do yourself a favour and don't even mention beer or weed until after you've got everything on film or disk or whatever. And for Chrissakes make sure you get a release from EVERY model, and if you can I'd even go so far as to video the girls actually signing the release, because they could turn around and sue your ass for coersion, "Yes your Honour, he made me drink alcohol and smoke marijuanna so I don't remember signing anything, then he made me do awful things in front of a camera and I'm so fucking pure and innocent..."

Cover Your Ass, man! I know of a few guys that shot amateur stuff and had lack of legal coverage come back to haunt them.
