I think fingerprints should be taken in all countries. It is a measure of security for everyone. If you go in the states or live there, your fingerprints should be recorded. Yes there are terrorists who enter the states and then again the worst type are the ones who are 100% Americans and go around shooting kids in schools are rape children.
