Europeans are expected not to behave violently because they are from civilized countries, but with black people it's expected for them to all be violent and corrupt since all African countries are violent and corrupt. Does this answer your question of why it was not in the news?
If they had to show every time a black guy got violent in the news there would be no room for anything else.
