If you can sell each set two to three times, you'll make your money back, and have used the pictures when they were exclusive.
But I use a lot of exclusive content, and to be honest, it doesn't matter THAT much to the end-user. I mean, ok, they're getting fed up of seeing the same girl all the time, but for average content, exclusive isn't worth it. Only for really hot sets.
