So what would happen if the white policeman in THE USA, beat the face of a black girl infront of many witnesses? It seems to me, these would be already in all newspapers. But to this girl it did not happen

As speaks the eyewitness of the incident, girl was stopped by policeman for the fact that she roller-skated int he wrong place. He ordered her to place hands on the car, while he was writing a ticket. The crowd of people has already gathered at this moment near them and someone from the crowd hailed the girl. She turned herself and by these ticked of the cop.
