Also depends greatly what you shoot.

I shoot college and local girls for pantyhose/panty content and pay them between 40 and 75 an hour. For me it depends on any experience and how well they do in front of a camera. I usually try and do a two hour test shoot (completely paid) to start things off with and then decide from that.
