Sorry for the late reply, I seem to forget about my threads lately
The Database doesn't have autosubmission enabled, cause I personally only use manual submission, with AdvancedSubmitters hotkeys I can still submit to ~700 sites per hour, and i have time to do a short visual check before I hit the submit button.
But autosubmission can be enabled for all sites if someone really has to, but at max I'd do it for ~70-80% of the sites, for the rest it's more secure to stay with manual submission.
