Whether or not she's the prettiest apple on the tree, I don't think anything justifies publically demeaning and humiliating her like that. Its extremely callous and unprofessional in my books.

This is one of those times where discretion should be the better part of valor.

As I said above, I think she has the potential to be quite a good model. Any good and talented photographer can see the diamond in the rough there. All that remains is whether you're up for the challenge of the task, or merely content to publically denegrate her instead.
