Hey tom you can earn money with no partner accounts and using free sites. I do that and I get some nice money for the low work i do. i havent a lot of partner accounts, i think i have 4 or 5 no more, and i dont do a lot galleries, 4-8 a week. But i get enought money to pay some bills
I had been using DS v2.0 for a long time.. I started as beta user since they release if for first time and i must say that for me they made really nice improvements of the v1.9 to the v 2.0. If DS was the best submitter with the v1.9 version, now with they new version the are still better. Also you can get some partner accounts in some sites like partner pass. I never tried, but i'm going to contact them soon
