Unlike you, I stick to the original terms. ILet's assume for a moment that I did not pull the plug for your failure to fullfil your end of the deal......If by the 15th of September I only had 6 of the 10 sets then you would have gotten your 2 grand back on that date. In this case you did not pay the full 5 grand so I will apply the 2 grand to the shoots that I owe you. I think it is safe to say that I will not have 4 shoots ready for you on that date so I will in fact owe you $2000 on September 15th.
