For those who do not know... PIV is Rory's old company. He is familiar with these terms, agreed to it in writing in the past, and been satisfied with the results. This is why he approached me to continue working with him once he was no longer with PIV.

Is it also ethical to take a deposit on a shoot that wont be started until 100% payment is recieved? If so Im fuckin shooting my own content forever

Was this current agreement we are discussing with PIV? Why is that relevant ? This deal had nothing to do with my previous company.... wasnt even the same type of content (this is hardcore PIV was buying softcore).

Your being fuckin stupid again. What the hell does the name of my old company and a content contract my company signed with you (I didnt sign it btw, was probably Ryan or Kel) in the past have to do with this agreement? If you charged me an upfront deposit so you could use my money for a month and not shoot until 100% payment was recieved then you are a fuckin schmuck for doing that. If you just fucked up and spent that 2k without budgeting correctly then your a schmuch and I get fucked but we can move on. Any other scenarions im missing here feel free to jump in.
