Freedom of speech and Justice for all is only for the rich in America. If you don't have big bucks like I'm betting he doesn't, it's un likely you could stand up and fight a case like this with out financially ruining yourself for a very long time.
That being said, there are other ways to fight this kind of thing, and I for one would have never agreed to give up the domain name.

First you are right about being for the rich they had videos of rkelly fucking 14 yr old girls and he is making albums going on tour.
Joe franics girls gone wild shooting underage girls they knew were underage nothing so far.
For either things most of us would be sitting in jail for so long.
