Dude, there are going to be times in your life when you have to man up and step up to the plate. This guy deserves and needs a punch out. Walk right up to him, grab him by the collar and start punching his face as hard as you can. So you spend a night in jail and a couple grand on a lawyer to make it go away. Big deal, that's the cost of doing business with a guy like this. The look on his face when he realizes you don't give a fuck about that shit will be priceless. You can't let this asshole walk all over you, he's counting on you not hurting him physically. I'd make him shit teeth.
