umm

Umm they usually always answer me with in 24 hours when i email via the support form
I had same problem as you once before and here is what they told me

I understand from your email that you are having trouble seeing your ads
on Google. While in your account I was able to determine why this is the
case. Please allow me to explain this to you further below. Additionally,
I would like to give you further information regarding how you may
troubleshoot these kinds of issues yourself from directly within your
account. I hope this will assist you if these kinds of situations arise in
the future.

1) WHY CANT I SEE MY AD?

I would now like to explain why your ads in Campaign 'webcams', Ad Group
'webcams' have not been accruing impressions or clicks and why you may not
have been able to see these ads appearing on Google.

As you may know, some keywords must be reviewed before they can run. Some
of your keywords were not displayed for a short period of time because
they were in review. However, AdWords Specialists have just reviewed your
keywords and your ads are now running on Google. For example, I have just
searched for your ad on Google.co.uk using the keyword phrase 'web cam
girls'. I am happy to confirm that your ad is appearing in seventh
position, to the right of the search results for this keyword term.

Please note that we are currently not able to provide a list of keywords
that need to be reviewed. We appreciate your understanding and apologise
for any inconvenience.

2) TROUBLESHOOT THESE ISSUES IMMEDIATELY IN FUTURE

You may find it helpful to know that you can address these issues within
your account immediately in future, without needing to wait for a reply
email from a member of the AdWords Support team. In order to better
assist our advertisers, we have a tool within your account to save you
time and money and give you an even greater level of control of your
AdWords advertising. The Ads Diagnostic Tool can report the ad position
for active ads, and identify why a particular ad or group of ads may not
be showing. In those cases where an ad is not shown, this tool provides
recommended steps to help you get your ads up and running.

You can access the tool via the following steps:

1. Log into your AdWords account.
2. Click 'Tools' beneath the 'Campaign Management' tab.
3. Click 'Ads Diagnostic Tool.'
4. Enter information for either Option 1 or Option 2:

- Option 1 (Search Terms and Parameters): Use this option if you're
concerned about all ads within your account that should be appearing for a
specific search term. Specify the keyword query, the Google domain, the
display language, safe search setting, and user location.

- Option 2 (Search Results Page URL): Use this option if you're concerned
about a particular search results page that you believe should be showing
one of your ads. Copy and paste the URL from the address bar on the search
results page where your ad should be showing.

5. Click 'Continue' when you are finished.

I do hope that you find this information helpful and that the Ads
Diagnostic Tool improves your experience with Google AdWords.

If you have additional questions, please visit AdWords Support at
https://adwords.google.co.uk/support, where you will find answers to many
frequently asked questions.

We look forward to providing you with the most effective advertising
available.

Sincerely,

Ruth M
The Google UK AdWords Team

I hope that maybe helps you
