i love people who threaten with law suits. rule #3 in my handy book of idiots, thieves, and scammers:
"If someone is really going to sue you, they aren't going to go up to you before hand and tell you 'i'm going to sue you.' they are going to say nothing, hire a lawyer, and you will find out when you get the paperwork in the mail."
