I'm with Pocket on sentencing. My prediction: Prosecutors won't risk trial, fearing a redneck juror could throw the case. Plea bargain to involuntary manslaughter, max sentence of maybe 5 years, youthful offender program applies in florida to age 24, meaning overcrowded kiddy jail, so out in 3 years for good behavior.
