at the end of the night you tally up what you owe the house, whats left over is yours. if youve got 1 visa slip that covers your full tally, they will pay you the diff.
say his total sales are 3500 bucks. hes got a 3k cc slip, then hands them another 500 buck slip. hes got the 3k hes made in cash from his sales tonight, plus his reg tips.
