only a few... the thing with ccbill sites (aside from other issues that have been debated extensively) is that they are free to set up and maintain processing for, so there's not much of a reason for a program to remove a 'dud' site since it doesn't really cost them anything to maintain it (aside from a bad reputation for poorly converting sites). If someone is paying a few hundred/thousand bucks a month for a NATS type system, they're more likely to work on the site until it converts well or get rid of it to save the processing fees.
dieselaction.com met-art.com etc tend to do very well though and are processed through ccbill
