if it is celeb and legal it makes money.
inevitably all of the people making easy money off of supposed public domain or "newsworthiness" are still going to be proven to be commerically benefitting and in the end they will end up giving all of that easy money back in spades...
and, nobody should be held hostage with a tape of themselves against their will imho and that of the court as well.
