I'm just about to launch an affiliate program..

only problem is i need to make check payments drawn on US$ accounts, however as I'm not from the US I cant do this! is there any service which can provide me a US$ account with which to deposit $$$, and draw funds on, or a service which will accept a wire transfer and make check payments on my behalf for a fee?

surely there must be a lot of offshore webmaster programs who have solved this issue..
