He is the X factor and in order for the odds to be exactly the same you would need a controlled environment. The random action of a human dealer cannot be controlled. This is also a reason why i don't fuck with internet roulette. I avoid it like the plauge.

The human brain is wired to spot patterns. Look at a roulette wheel and consider what you are saying. Red / Black / Red / Black . You really think the dealer is spinning the wheel at the exact speed AND dropping the ball in the exact motion flawlessly every spin to avoid that 1 cm gap and go on a streak? No, streaks just happen in things where the odds are so close. Fact remains you can't see the streak until its over leaving your odds exactly the same.
