I was not at the court ..and I'm only hearing one side ..but from what i understand there was an agreement that the site would be shut down .. they agreed to give everyone 30-45 days to remove there links and the join page was to stay up. Now either bill misunderstood the agreement or just took it upon himself to pull the page and try to make it look worse for Arika ..
