You are correct, though FTV's support and owners are top class people. The question and how they requested to take down the content fits perfectly in this picture. So be kind and do everything you have in your power to take down that content. I'm pretty sure they will not start lawsuits if you don't but it's that simple to click on the 'delete button', so what's the big deal ;)
I didn't even knew she died, i deleted the promo sets without asking why. Plain and simple.
