As an affiliate, you are licensed to use the content from the sponsor IF the sponsors gives you that right. If the sponsor tells you to take down a specific set of content FOR WHATEVER REASON, you fucking do it or face the legal consequences of using unlicensed images... If the girl had been found to be underage (which is a risk you take when you promote "teen" type sites), all the complainers would be running around taking down the image without a peep.
