That is of course if the suspension could handle the hose in the first place. The force of water going through the hose keeps it pretty hard and I'd doubt the Beamer could even get over the hose. Even so, I doubt the owner (even if he could get his car over the hose) would get that far anyway. Someone would grab him and tell him what a fucker he is for impeding the firefighters progress.
