If I was promoting Chris Farley (to steal an example) and the surfer expected to see more of Chris Farley in the paysite, I guess I'm maybe using false advertising and could be terminated for that. Why bother attracting members who will cancel when you know the content they seek is not there anyway?
So you wouldnt tell people to run down to the corner store to pick up Tommy Boy when you were already told it was removed.
So, if a request from a sponsor doesnt make it for you, then let your business sense kick in.
