What did he do to the car?
If you have a plan to get him back, you will have to wait until you move and have a lil time goes by, don't give anyone the new addy!
Seem like the only thing you can do, mess to much with him now, your looking at a battle, cops and more messed up cars or worse. Time to spy then attack, later down the road.
