Well, guess what, the trial membership I purchased to test your words was purchased on the 27th of August. It was cancelled through billingsupport on August 31st. Tonight, I checked Billingsupport and they show a new MONTHLY recurring membership has been added.
Please explain this!! And if you say this was in error...it damn well better be..because I will test it again...You ARE getting a charge back and it's from a fellow adult webmaster.

This is Incorrect & epoch is aware - this has been brought to their
attention many times a customer does Not need to cancel 24 hours prior to the trial ending.
I can't believe I didn't catch this before but maybe it had something to do with being up at 1am
49th you waited 5 days 27-31 you joined a 4 day free trial cross sale and canceled on the 5th day.
In any case epoch is working on it and it is in there legal dept.
I felt this thread warranted its own rebuttal
So I feel you should send us all your exit traffic now
