just thought I'd throw my :2cents in here. Changing your diet is an excelent idea. I lost 25lbs from pretty much not eating like a retard anymore.

1 thing you might want to try is instead of berries in the morning, eat something HIGH in protein and very low to no sugar/carbs. Keeps you burning calories better.
