so I finally lost a kilo or two and this is how I did it:
step 1. change your diet
I thought I wouldn't last more than 2 days without pizza, burgers, or white bread, it turned out getting rid of the junk food wasn't that difficult after all.
I try to eat healthy 6 days a week, and on Sunday I eat whatever I feel like.
I eat these fuckenberries every day for breakfast (ok, I wake up around 11-12 so it might qualify as lunch),
and every time I crave sweet stuff I buy these coconut and date balls, no sugar, no wheat, and they're really yummy:
step 2. exercise
I go to the gym 6 times a week, 3 days I do cardio for 1 hour, 3 days weight-lifting + 20 minutes cardio.
step3. fuck more, masturbate less
It's scientifically proved that fucking burns much more calories than masturbating !!!!
