sometimes looking into the webmaster community can be scary (from my POV) and kinda intimidating and having thick skin is easier said then done.
it took some time for me to adjust to everything but im doing well now. 2 yrs ago i would have prolly read this thread and not had enough balls and say what i was really thinking.
