Actually, I had an idea. Punta Leona
http://www.hotelpuntaleona.com/photo_gallery/index.htm . I've stayed there before. The beach, Playa Blanca was used in the movie Conquest of 1812 or something and it's beautiful. The private condos are far enough back on the property (takes 15 minues by car to get to the front facilities (food, check in etc), with their own infinity pool and right next to the white sand beach. It's about 20 minutes outside of Jaco.
