Thats not what this says
3. If you have a post on the 1st page displaying an JoinRightNow banner and your post number matches one of the numbers above, We will DOUBLE the prize $$$. (JoinRightNow banners has to stay up until all winners are announced)
to me it says you have to have the banner in a post on the first page.
