I hardly use mine, luckily we have a shared account so my wife can dip into my unused spend. (In Australia you generally pay a minimum monthly amount with $x worth of calls included)

I almost always have my phone charged, and with me, but I'm certainly not a phone freak!

I'd probably have it to my ear less than 15 minutes per month.
