Sounds like its pretty clear from the logs that Phatservers thought the servers were being picked up and was getting them ready. If I was the epic cash guy, thats the way I would have read it, even if I didnt make it clear thats what I wanted. I would have read it like that and made it clear thats not what we wanted.
But not offereing support to a customer on Christmas eve when they have a server problem because of a small unpaid bill, is not good at all. If Epic cash where not good for the money then Phatservers should have told them to take their server else where, not offer a cut down service with no prior warning
