It's a crappy little Island off the Easy Coast of Canada. It's poor and full of drunk fishermen.
Claims to fame:
1) Now with a bridge to the mainland!
2) Host of Charlottetown Conference of 1864, which set the foundation for Canadian Confederation.
3) Birth place of the story "Anne of Green Gables". This is so important that each year The Charlottetown festival is held, where they perform the musical at confederation center.
4) Birth of Cow's icecream
5) Has a Tim Hortons every few blocks.
6) The dirt is red!
I had the misfortune of spending a few months there in the summer for 2 years in a row. Of course, I like everyone else that can afford it, quickly left.
