does taking the server down as requested say push the power button and risk losing data? or would a tech take that as properly shutting a server down the right way.
you do the math christopher. we requested them taken offline when paid, they were never paid, no reason to take them offline in the first place.. never the less they did, and they did it wrecklessly.
