it's a small part of a big bill you fucking retards. but i do agree it should not be in there. and for those of you that think the president "makes the laws" he doesn't. he signed the bill probably because this little snippet that will never be enforced was not worth vetoing the bill over. i am sure it will be found unconstitutional the first time (if ever a time) it is brought in front of a judge. stfu with this annoying "the sky is falling" crap, or i will call robert mueller on your ass.
