UPS sucks.
First off when you head to that UPS store you'll be paying about 50% more because they're all owned by franchisees so they jack up the price.
Second when you ship something UPS ground and they say 5 business days it absolutely will not show up on day 3 or 4 even if its sitting in the local wherehouse on Day 2. Why? Because if it did, nobody would use their 2 and 3 day service. I used to know a vice president that worked there who let me in on that secret. Numerous times with FedEx however I have selected the 2 day option and had it delivered over night.
Third, when i think UPS I think about the opening scene in Ace Ventura.
