My old favorite with UPS is from when we used to live in an apartment a few years back before we got a house...they would always leave the package on the front door of the apartment building, not even bothering to walk it up the stairs to our door.....3 times we had shit stolen...one time we even had someone open up the box, pull everything out, and leave the opened box
I hate UPS for the simple fact that they don't require a signature anymore for anything in a personal residence, but they neglected to tell anyone about that new rule change...that PISSED me off
we will not use UPS, period...if we want to order something online, and see that UPS is the only option, we will buy from someone else
