u could back it up locally, using rsync.. have a script that dumps the db every X amount you want, bzip it, and ftp or rsync it to a local machine.. I have some scripts if you want to do it your self.

Yeah I know, but I only have one server (that includes the MySQL server) and my home computer is not on 24/7, neither am I home very often. I could just get a small shared hosting account but I'm a bit lazy you know ;-)
