A'ight everyone. I saw the Eminem Show on Saturday. Great show! Xzibit, Ludicris, and Papa Roach were good too.

Never thought I'd see 30,000 white kids at a rap concert. Audience? A buncha well-dressed, what i would assume were mostly middle-upper class kids.

Fights? None. Fights at last Metallica concert I wenrt to? 3.

Amazing MODERN stage set. Great audio-visuals. A true understanding by the people that put together the set of what will click in the mind of the MTV generation.The show began with about 10 minutes of CSPAN clips of polticians talking about how rap causes kids to be violent. Sure reminded me of the stuff they ysed to say about bands I listened to as a kid "Judas Priest, Ozzy Osbourne". Every generation has their scapegoat.

About classic rock: Asked my high-school aged sister if she could name a Beatle and she said no. I asked her if anyone in her class could. She said maybe 2 or 3 out of 30. She's an observant straight A student that has been president of her class 8 out of 10 years.

The times they are a changing.
