Have you tried accessing the IP the website is hosted on direct? 70.84.133.222 - if you get a Ciberstream welcome screen, then the problem is likely DNS ... try using different DNSes as others have suggested - another option is to manually add an entry to your host.txt file in Windows - do a google for instructions.
However, if you get nothing when trying to access via IP address, then the problem is likely routing ... a more difficult problem to work around.
Let us know ... what would also be helpful is to a traceroute using the IP address - if it's a routing problem, there's likely to be a clue in the traceroute data.
