Did it really happen? There was so much controversy behind that story that nobody got the truth. Art was ready for a break during that time period. He is a strange man, for sure, but very talented. He lives in the desert...listens to his own drum, and is a big amateur radio ham.
I enjoy the hell out of him. His competition is nothing compared to him.
