That's what I thought but California has different laws. It's a Constitutional issue yet the average guy can't afford to battle lawyers. Now if they catch you shooting vids or taking pics they can confiscate your shit.
Makes no sense to me. Constitutionally, as long as you're not making a hazardous situation, nor infringing on someone's civil rights you can take pics especially if the person is a public figure.
After all these posts I've made on GFY I've never gotten my GFY T-shirt. I'll see if I'm still eligible and I'll give her the t-shirt if she says okay. Could be a major fashion statement and GFY will have to go mainstream.
